Abstract

The article presents the methodology of space features selection for the construction of point valuation method for the aesthetic-view value for the rural lake districts landscapes. The selection of appropriate features reflecting the aesthetic value of space is a very important aspect in the process of scale ratings constructions. The constructions of scale based on too many features results in inaccuracies and errors in the valuation process. The items which have the most significant impact on the point valuation should be selected. The demonstration of photos high usefulness in the process of scale rating of aesthetic-view landscapes value is the main thesis of the paper. The purpose of the research is to show the questionnaire process and testing its correctness in constructing principles for the evaluation of rural lake districts landscapes. The direct comparison method of landscape-forming elements was used during the questionnaire surveys.
