ASPAL’s position
Pursuant to a decision of the Ministry of Education and Science and the Program Board of the Acta Scientiarum Polonorum series, we are suspending the acceptance of manuscripts submitted by authors affiliated with Russia until the end of the Ukrainian invasion and the complete withdrawal of Russian troops from the territory of Ukraine.
The appalling military aggression of the Russian army on the territory of independent Ukraine is an unacceptable political solution. This criminal policy has led to a devastating loss of life. Members of the scientific community working with the editorial office of Acta Scientiarum Polonorum Administratio Locorum (ASPAL), a journal with a global reach which aims to disseminate reliable and innovative solutions in land management, are strongly opposed to forceful solutions that have been designed to annihilate sovereign countries and their citizens. The loss of trust makes cooperation impossible.
We are proud to inform you that the journal has been indexed in the SCOPUS database.
