Abstract

The article presents aspects of determining the verticality of a chimney based on photogrammetric measurements. The measurements were made using the LeicaGeosystems Scan Station P40 scanner. The scope of the work involved gathering and combining point clouds and then developing a 3D model based on them.

Combinations of single scans were made using spheres with a diameter of 15 cm with an accuracy  of 0.005 m. The measurements were made from three stations to obtain the maximum amount of information about the examined object. Modeling of the acquired data was performed in the MicroStation software environment
