Use of Generative AI

Authors may use generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to assist in improving grammar, language, or style, but GenAI cannot be listed as an author and does not meet authorship criteria. Any use of GenAI must be transparently declared in the manuscript (e.g., in the Methods or Acknowledgments section), specifying the tool used and the purpose (e.g., language editing, idea generation). Authors remain fully responsible for the content, accuracy, originality, and proper citation of all material produced with the assistance of GenAI. Reviewers and editors are expected not to share confidential manuscript content with public GenAI tools. The journal reserves the right to reject manuscripts that fail to disclose significant GenAI use or where AI-generated content compromises integrity or originality of the article.
