Współpraca Unii Europejskiej z regionalnymi organizacjami arabskimi i islamskimi w dziedzinie ochrony praw człowieka

Różnorodność kulturowa pomiędzy poszczególnymi państwami stanowi jedno z kluczowych wyzwań dla współczesnych mechanizmów ochrony praw i wolności jednostki. W świetle powyższej obserwacji, istotna jest decyzja o współpracy Unii Europejskiej z regionalnymi organizacjami arabskimi i islamskimi na rzecz wzmocnienia demokracji i ochrony praw człowieka. Założeniem niniejszego artykułu jest zatem ocena skuteczności działań podjętych przez powyższe organizacje, jak również szans i prognoz dotyczących rozwoju ich współpracy. Powyższy artykuł zostanie przygotowany w oparciu o metodę dogmatyczno prawną z elementami metody historycznej i prawnoporównawczej
