Abstract

Real estate delimitation is a difficult and complicated administrative procedure designed to determine the course of borders. This procedure due to its multistage character and complexity is usually extended in time. The purpose of this article is to present the duration problem of the real estate delimitation. Individual stages of the delimitation with their duration has been indicated. The authors also pointed out to the regulations on which depends the time of perforned demarcations. The analysis was conducted based on the documentation of real estate boundaries conducted in the municipality of Liszki, Lesser Poland region, in the years 1989–2013, which was gathered in the County Documentation Centre of Geodesy and Cartography in Krakow
