Abstract

The syndrome of the national objectification of Poles is a system of restraining mass and individual activities. It is created by institutional reductions of the foundations of the citizens’ self-determination. It is deepened due to the inability to accumulate personal ownership and to manage joint goods by individual entities. It also consists of blocking the personal disposition to recognize the imposed dependences. Since 1989, the time of the political transformation in Poland, such strategies have been effectively applied.
