Abstract

The main aim of this paper is to analyze the Henrik Walter’s concept of minimal neurophilosophy in the contexts of mind-body problem. In the paper a theory of differential metaphysics was connected with the idea of explanatory pluralism and showed as an alternative to the fundamental theories of consciousness. Besides the advantages of the metaphilosophical reflection in minimalistic neurophilosophy, the main problems of this perspective are also shown among others the problem of describing the supervenience as a shared assumption of different neurophilosophical attitudes.
