Abstract

Henryk Tomaszewski, creator of the Wroclaw Mime Theatre, in his works appealed to the archetypes. In all his productions appear genotypes characteristic of myth: epiphanies of gods, hero-god, sacred space and time to destination. Archetype.s content and symbolization can be found in most of its choreodrams. They are proof of the importance that it had for graphically-mythical thinking, which interpreted myths, giving them a new, artistic image. Master of Wroclaw on the example of the Empress Filissa updates Animus archetype, using a variety of artistic media.
