Abstract

The aim of this paper is to analyze autobiographical strategies contained in Aleksandra Zbroja’s book: Mireczek. Patoopowieść o moim ojcu in terms of literary studies and psychology. There are three main parts in this paper. First one presents the structure of the text as well as metaphorical and stylistic means. In addition, this particular type of autobiography consist of numerous other texts and statements that help Zbroja to construct the narrative. Second part focuses mainly on autobiographical aspects of the book. In the third, author explores in more details the relationship between the father and the daughter explaining its significance.
