Perfekcjonizm kliniczny jako proces transdiagnostyczny. Konceptualizacja w nurcie terapii poznawczo-behawioralnej

Abstrakt
Cel: Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie perfekcjonizmu klinicznego jako procesu transdiagnostycznego w ujęciu terapii poznawczo-behawioralnej oraz omówienie jego znaczenia dla konceptualizacji i leczenia zaburzeń psychicznych.
Tezy: Przyjęto założenie, że perfekcjonizm kliniczny może pełnić funkcję procesu transdiagnostycznego. Jego obecność obserwowana jest w różnych zaburzeniach psychicznych, a wysokie nasilenie perfekcjonistycznych obaw wiąże się z nasileniem objawów, współwystępowaniem problemów psychicznych oraz trudnościami w procesie leczenia.
Konkluzja: Analiza badań empirycznych i przeglądów systematycznych wskazuje, że perfekcjonizm kliniczny stanowi istotny element konceptualizacji poznawczo-behawioralnej. W artykule przedstawiono modele teoretyczne perfekcjonizmu, jego czynniki rozwojowe i mechanizmy podtrzymujące, a także związki z wybranymi grupami zaburzeń psychicznych. Omówiono również najczęściej stosowane narzędzia pomiaru perfekcjonizmu oraz wyniki badań nad skutecznością interwencji terapeutycznych ukierunkowanych na jego redukcję. Uwzględnianie perfekcjonizmu w diagnozie i konceptualizacji może wspierać planowanie interwencji terapeutycznych, szczególnie w przypadku współwystępowania różnych trudności psychicznych.
