Kwestionariusz do pomiaru FoMO - stanu: polska adaptacja i walidacja narzędzia SFoMOI

Abstrakt

Cel: Celem niniejszego badania była polska adaptacja i walidacja kwestionariusza do pomiaru zjawiska lęku przed odłączeniem jako stanu (State Fear of Missing Out Inventory, SFoMOI). Przetestowano trafność narzędzia poprzez analizę powiązań między stanem i cechą FoMO oraz poziomem aprobaty społecznej i satysfakcji z życia wśród młodzieży i młodych dorosłych. W wyniku konfirmacyjnej oraz eksploracyjnej analizy czynnikowej określono strukturę narzędzia.

Metoda: W badaniu uczestniczyła próba N = 361 osób w wieku 15–25 lat, które wypełniły cztery kwestionariusze: adaptację kwestionariusza do pomiaru zjawiska lęku przed odłączeniem jako stanu (SFoMOI), polską wersję skali do pomiaru zjawiska lęku przed odłączeniem jako cechy (Fear of Missing Out scale, FoMOs), Kwestionariusz aprobaty społecznej oraz Skalę satysfakcji z życia.

Wyniki: Potwierdzono jednoczynnikową strukturę kwestionariusza do pomiaru lęku przed odłączeniem jako stanu oraz wysoką rzetelność tego narzędzia. Uzyskane rezultaty wskazują na istnienie silnego, dodatniego związku pomiędzy nasileniem FoMO jako cechy a nasileniem FoMO jako stanu (trafność zbieżna narzędzi), słabej korelacji ujemnej pomiędzy nasileniem FoMO – stanu i FoMO – cechy a poziomem aprobaty społecznej oraz pomiędzy nasileniem FoMO – stanu a poziomem satysfakcji z życia (trafność różnicowa narzędzi). Stwierdzono, że kwestionariusz do pomiaru zjawiska lęku przed odłączeniem jako stanu jest rzetelnym i trafnym narzędziem.

Konkluzja: Polska adaptacja kwestionariusza do pomiaru zjawiska lęku przed odłączeniem jako stanu ma satysfakcjonujące właściwości psychometryczne i stanowi cenne narzędzie do oceny tego zjawiska społecznego w grupie młodzieży i młodych dorosłych.
