Struktura legitymizacji instytucji ochrony zdrowia. Adaptacja i właściwości psychometryczne Kwestionariusza legitymizacji (LQ)

Abstrakt
Cel: Celem prezentowanych badań empirycznych było: (a) zidentyfikowanie struktury legitymizacji instytucjonalnej w służbie zdrowia oraz (b) przedstawienie polskiej wersji Kwestionariusza legitymizacji (LQ) i jego wartości psychometrycznych, a zwłaszcza trafności i rzetelności pomiaru.
Metoda: Aby osiągnąć założony cel na podstawie danych uzyskanych z dwóch niezależnych pomiarów, przeprowadzono analizy czynnikowe: eksploracyjną (nEFA = 210 – 134 kobiety i 76 mężczyzn, MWIEK = 42,37 ) i konfirmacyjną (nCFA = 298 – 184 kobiety i 114 mężczyzn, MWIEK = 37,02). Analizy czynnikowe posłużyły w ocenie trafności. Dokonano również wielowymiarowej oceny rzetelności, posługując się kilkoma współczynnikami: klasycznymi (α Cronbacha, CR Jöreskoga) i nieklasycznymi (γ – Aranowskiej, współczynnik korelacji wewnątrzklasowej ϱ2).
Wyniki: Przyjęta strategia analizy danych wykazała trójczynnikową strukturę legitymizacji instytucjonalnej. Wyniki analiz wniosły mocne dowody wskazujące na zadowalającą dobroć pomiaru legitymizacji polską wersją narzędzia LQ. Rzetelność, podobnie jak trafność teoretyczna, osiągnęły zadowalające oceny i zostały potwierdzone.
Konkluzje: Rezultaty wskazują, że adaptowany kwestionariusz LQ jest wartościowym psychometrycznie narzędziem operacjonalizującym legitymizację w trzech wymiarach: pokrewieństwa normatywnego, obowiązku posłuszeństwa oraz zaufania instytucjonalnego.
