Abstract

Obejmują one różne elementy – interwencje dyrektywne, niedyrektywne, hybrydowe (Brianda i in., 2019, 2020; Piotrowski, Sanna i in., 2026), a także interwencje opierające się na technikach radzenia sobie ze stresem (Urbanowicz i in., 2023),  praktykach mindfulness (Bayot i in., 2024; Piotrowski, Sanna i in., 2026; Urbanowicz i in., 2024a) psychologii pozytywnej (Urbanowicz i in., 2024b).
