Abstract

The following article is an attempt of a global reconstruction of the relations between Immanuel Kant and Poland. The first part includes the biographic facts connected to the problem, as well as fragments of the lectures an anthropology, in which Kant spoke of Poland and Polish people. An attempt of the interpretation of a part of the treatise Zum ewigen Frieden, concerning Poland, is also made there. The second part deals with the real and assumed relations of the philosopher with people of Polish origin.
