Dobrostan psychiczny, obraz ciała i interocepcja – różnice między kobietami z chorobami reumatologicznymi a kobietami zdrowymi

Abstrakt
Cel: Celem badania było poznanie różnic między kobietami z chorobami reumatologicznymi (ChR), a kobietami zdrowymi (GK) w zakresie funkcjonowania psychicznego, postrzegania własnego ciała oraz interocepcji.
Metoda: W badaniu wzięło udział 86 kobiet (43 ChR, 43 GK). Do oceny stanu zdrowia psychicznego wykorzystano Czterowymiarowy kwestionariusz symptomów (4DSQ) (Czachowski in., 2012). Poziom zadowolenia z wyglądu swojego ciała zbadano za pomocą Skali samooceny ciała dla młodzieży i dorosłych (BESAA) (Słowińska, 2019). Aspekty subiektywnej wrażliwości interoceptywnej były mierzone przy pomocy Wielowymiarowego kwestionariusza oceny świadomości interoceptywnej (MAIA) (Brytek-Matera i Koziel, 2015).
Wyniki: ChR charakteryzowały się wyższym poziomem depresji, dystresu, niepokoju oraz somatyzacji w 4DSQ w porównaniu z GK. Ponadto u ChR odnotowano w BESAA wyższy poziomu niezadowolenia z własnego wyglądu oraz posiadanej masy ciała w porównaniu z GK. Pod względem subiektywnej interocepcji grupa ChR wykazała w kwestionariuszu MAIA wyższe wyniki niż grupa GK na podskali Zauważanie i Niemartwienie się. Jednocześnie w tej samej grupie odnotowano niższe wartości na skali Zaufanie do własnego ciała w porównaniu do GK.
Wnioski: Badanie dostarczyło istotnych dowodów na obniżony dobrostan psychiczny kobiet z chorobami reumatologicznymi. Uzyskane wyniki podkreślą zasadność wdrażania u kobiet z chorobami reumatologicznymi działań i metod ukierunkowanych na poprawę dobrostanu psychicznego oraz wspierających integrację doświadczeń cielesnych i procesy interocepcji.
