The article is devoted to the future of the educa
tion system, with particular emphasis on current
trends influencing its development. The purpose
of the study is to evaluate the contemporary education system and to invite reflection on the factors that may play a decisive role in its future.
The text presents a review of recent academic
publications and international reports, which
made it possible to systematize key educational
phenomena and challenges. It points out that
traditional models of teaching, focused primarily on the transmission of theoretical knowledge,
are losing their effectiveness in the face of dy
namic change. The need for active adaptation of
the education system and developing soft skills
is emphasized. The article provides a synthetic
overview of educational trends and may serve as
a starting point for further studies, including the
development of future education scenarios to be
discussed in a subsequent, related publication.
