Abstract

The aim of this article is to present empirical system of metaethics created by Tadeusz Czezowski. It is based on the logical structure and axiological experience. Experience in ethics, however, differs from the sensory experience which is the basis of the natural sciences. Axiological experience, which is the foundation of moral considerations, is intuitionistic recognition of objects and phenomena. It is based on unitary original assessments, from which derive the criteria for the evaluation and ethical principles. The assessments resulting from intuitive cognition are assigned with the logical value of true or false. All ethical categories are built according to the principles of logic of probability, which makes their consequences and solutions to specific ethical issues — always likely. No system or model of ethics is entitled with the guarantor of certainty
