The paper presents a reconstruction and a comparative analysis of the concept of natural law included in the works of Antoni Kępiński. The notions: natural moral order and natural morality were subjected to analysis. They were used by Kępiński in order to show the basen of mental disturbances (ie psychosis, neurosis, psychopathy) and their treatment. The concept of natural law constitutes a point of reference for a philosophical analysis of the above mentioned categories. The concept in question was formulated on the grounds of Aristotelian and Thomist philosophy which is believed to be the source of Kępiński's views.
