Abstract

On the example of the reconstruction of a real criminal case, students of law universities tried to understand the psychology of jurors taking the verdict on the case. It turned out that the opinion of a professional judge is signifcantly different from that of the jury. This concerned both the defendant’s guilt and the proof of individual facts.
