Abstract

The glossed judgement relates to the recognition by the Supreme Administrative Court that it was proper for the Voivodship Administrative Court to conclude that it was proper for the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data to issue a decision on (...) July 2009 upholding its own decision with which the Inspector General ordered A. Spółka z o.o. with its registered office in W. - as the publisher of the newspaper “D.” - to make available the addresses of residence of the journalists employed by the newspaper who were authors of articles about the person who requested the disclosure of the above-mentioned personal data, in order to sue the said journalists for an infringement of personal rights.
