Abstract

The reviewed book is one of the most interesting books in the field of legal sciences that have recently appeared on the domestic publishing market. The general research objective was to demonstrate that the services studied were of a tribute nature and were a permanent and efficient element of the fiscal system in the Republic of Poland in the interwar period, while the specific objective was to determine the meaning of the concept of services and to define their constitutive features, and on this basis to indicate which services established by the Polish legislator were in force in the Polish fiscal system in the interwar period.

His research interests include the history of the state and the law of the 18th and 19th centuries, with particular emphasis on the legal and political thought of revolutionary and national liberation movements, the issue of the modern concept of the right to resistance, and material administrative law with particular emphasis on the issue of the constitutional obligation to bear public burdens and perform public duties.
