Abstrakt
Doktryna sądowego wsparcia dochodzenia znacznie przerosła pierwotną treść i obejmuje wiele dziedzin. Nadal jednak niewystarczająco uwagę przywiązuje się do sądowego wsparcia dochodzenia. Artykuł ten ma na celu zapoczątkowanie eliminacji tego trendu i zwrócenie uwagi naukowej na naukową definicję wsparcia kryminalistycznego organu dochodzeniowego i podejść do badania jego treści. Badanie rozważanych zagadnień przeprowadzono z punktu widzenia podejścia podmiotowo-czynnościowego, w wyniku którego ujawniono cechy i elementy wsparcia kryminalistycznego działań organu dochodzeniowego oraz zdefiniowano jego koncepcję.
