All manuscripts submitted for publication in the journal undergo a reviewing process
Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers who are appointed from an academic institution other than that of the Author’s.
The journal employs a double-blind review procedure.
If the appointed reviewer is from the same academic institution as the Author, or is aware of the Author’s identity, the reviewer signs a declaration that there is no conflict of interest.
The review is submitted in writing and is concluded with an unambiguous statement as to whether the submission is to be accepted for publication or rejected.
Only papers which have received two positive reviews are published.
Names of reviewers of particular papers are not disclosed to the Authors.
The names of all the reviewers are listed collectively in the last issue of the journal in a given year.
