This text is dedicated to the memory of Priest Florian Lempa (1951–2025), who worked as a professor at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn for over 20 years. Priest Professor was a highly distinguished person. He co-founded the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Branch in Ełk. He was the head of organisational units such as departments. He taught classes in canon law, religious law and administrative science, among other subjects. He promoted hundreds of graduates: masters of law, administration and internal security, as well as bachelors of administration and internal security. He participated in the education of academic staff. He conducted research activities. He was a valued and well-liked teacher and colleague.
