Wychowanie dzieci do świętości w judaizmie: przykazanie i absolutne oddanie
Abstrakt
Niniejszy artykuł omawia wyjątkowość edukacji dzieci do świętości w judaizmie. Pierwsza część artykułu analizuje obowiązek edukacji dzieci i jego znaczenie w judaizmie, zarówno rodzicielski, jak i wspólnotowy. Druga i główna część artykułu analizuje zasady edukacji dla świętości w judaizmie, koncentrując się na wielu aspektach, takich jak: znaczenie domu i rodziny; relacja między domem a szkołą; znaczenie edukacji indywidualnej; motywy dyscypliny, świętości i moralności we wczesnej edukacji; destrukcyjny wpływ gniewu i równowaga między autorytaryzmem a czułością w edukacji; znaczenie dawania osobistego przykładu; oraz absolutne poświęcenie się edukacji i studiowaniu Tory w judaizmie. Autor analizuje różne źródła biblijne i rabiniczne od okresu talmudycznego do czasów współczesnych. Znaczna część tej literatury została przetłumaczona z języka hebrajskiego i aramejskiego.
