Pluralism, Culture - Knowledge and Law

Abstract

The paper concerns how to find universal values in the world of many cultures. The basic of such universalism it can be the law and human rights, but the problem is how to establish these rights. First part of the paper concerns on the concept of culture. The second shows some epistemological rules which one can negotiate with culture of universal and individual basic rights. The third part is devoted to the problem how one can talk about the law under condition of pluralism
