Abstract

The article recalls original polish philosopher of the first half of XX century – Jan Stachniuk. The most significant elements of his social philosophy discussed in the article are: culture, anticulture (wspakultura) conception, philosophy of history, role of myths in social life – especially the Slavic myth.
