Communicational and Educational Aspects of the Transpersonal Psychology (TP)

Jan Trąbka

Abstract

Transpersonal psychology (TP) deals with human psyche, from which all personal relations have been deleted. ,,Transpersonal” is most adequately translated as: ,,beyond the personal”. Consequently, its major concern is put on group and social consciousness. Apart from that it also deals with contemplation and meditation as well as so called ,,peak experiences” in the course of which the personal aspect is lost, and the soul of brain returns into the open, where it spontaneously regenerates its biological strength. Consciousness in its various aspects as well as the phenomena of transgression (reaching beyond) the edges of psychosphere have become the central part of TP considerations.
