Abstract

Realization of moral values in public life is very problematical. One doesn't know if one can keep the laws in the same manner (in equal degree) in all possible cases. Is democracy - in connexion with it - fully democratic? Is it possible to suppress social inequalities? Who is right: J. Rawls or J. Benoist? N. Luhmann or J. Lyotard? How can more just society be established? By means of conflict or of dialogue, of consensus or of dissension?
