Abuse of law – part of the legal model of real estate in environmental protection
Abstract
The legal model of real estate in environmental protection should be created considering those elements that affect its correctness and, therefore, the results of research in which the model is or will be used. Due to this, it is necessary to introduce into its framework the abuse of law in the protection
of real estate perceived as an element of the environment, which will be illustrated in the following considerations. This model requires constant verifica-
tion in response to changes in legal norms and the evolution of the behaviour of legal entities.
