Disciplinary procedures against the police officer - legal and practical challenges
Abstract
The Police is an instrument of the state whose main task is to prevent crime, ensure security and public order. Therefore, a very important problem is abuse, exceed the permissions, or non-compliance with the principles of professional ethics in this formation. The purpose of this article is to present the basic principles of disciplinary liability and selected procedural issues related to disciplinary proceedings in the Police and also to familiarize with the jurisprudence of administrative courts dealing with these issues.
