The considerations undertaken are intended to relate to the procedural rights of the PCPR director in relation to the protection of the child’s best interests. Performing alternative care, the problem of interpenetration, and
possibly conflicting interests of the child’s natural family and those performing foster care, make the accepted issue important, not only in the context of considerations but also in real care for the child’s welfare in foster care. It is of
utmost importance that the correct exercise of the alimony /maintenance rights of the head of the PCPR, resulting from the Custody Act, additionally requires knowledge of the provisions of the family and guardianship code, as well as of the civil process, which is an essential element of the work and analysis.
