Publishing calendar

- Editors accept computer descriptions until the end of November of the year preceding publication.
- Until the end of January of the publication year, the materials are qualified for further editorial stages. The articles are assessed by two external reviewers. Reviews are "double blind". The texts, reviews, discussions and reports are assessed by the editorial office.
- The review stage lasts until the end of March. In the case of one negative review, the article is assessed by a third reviewer. The decision to qualify for publication of an article takes place after obtaining at least two positive reviews.
- Until the end of May, the author responds to the comments and suggestions of the reviewers and introduces appropriate corrections to his article.
- The language editing of the submitted materials continues until September 15th, after which the author responds to the suggestions of the language editors.
- The process of preparing the first version of the materials for printing continues until October 15th, the author receives a pdf file and corrects the version prepared for printing. Should additional proofreading be necessary, the editors will ask the author to do so. The version approved by the author is sent for printing.
- The publication process of the volume lasts until November 30th.

The author has the right to withdraw his material (article, text, book review, report) until the last correction. Such a request should be submitted in writing by sending an e-mail to the editorial office's address, explaining the reason. Editors may withdraw material from the editorial procedure until the materials are sent to the printing house. The reason may be:
- two negative reviews,
- low rating given by reviewers with conditional admission to publication,
- infringement of copyright,
- violation of the ethics of publication,
- refusal to introduce changes suggested by the editors and reviewers without providing an explanation,
- no statement.

Archiving 

Copies of the journal are stored in the Library of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, in the Library of the Higher Theological Seminary "Hosianum" in Olsztyn and in the National Library in Warsaw.
