The magazine’s profile covers theological problems, interdisciplinary topics, issues present at the interface between theology and other disciplines.

Mission - purpose and scope

The purpose of editorial work is to create and develop a platform for the scientific meeting of specialists who study the issue of religious ethos with an emphasis on Christian values, the human person as an active subject in the world and responsible for the moral quality of family and social relations, as well as family and social life in a universal perspective and regional, taking into account the historical aspect showing the specificity of cultural changes. The “Forum Teologiczne” invites theologians, historians, mass-media researchers lawyers and other specialists to share the results of research in the area of their own specialties. In this way, the journal acts as a plaform for scientific interdisciplinary meetings. Each year, the theme is proposed to the authors. Apart from it, there is a permanent place on hagiological, mass-media studies and legal and canonical topics.

Research Data

The journal obliges authors to publish applications based on verified research data, which are widely available, providing a bibliographic / internet address or making them available whenever the author has it in own. Research data is information that includes facts and figures that can be used in further research. Such data include, for example, statistics, results of experiments, field observations, surveys, auditory and audiovisual material.

The author is obliged to provide the identification data of the empirical research, the results of which are presented in the article, together with a certificate issued by the research institution where the research was conducted.

Open Access

The journal has an open access policy.  The articles and texts have copyright and published - license (CC-BY-NC-ND): Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 4.0 (english: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/legalcode). Individual volumes, in the full version, identical to the paper edition, are published on the journal platform UWM in Olsztyn [see. https://czasopisma.uwm.edu.pl/index.php/ft/] and the journal’s website [http://www.uwm.edu.pl/ft/en/homepage/]. Readers can use for free, without logging in, full access to "pdf" files. From volume XX, full access is also available to the "MOBI" and "ePUB" files via the "iFT - Internetowe Forum Teologiczne" application. The application can be downloaded for free from the GooglePlay store and the AppStore. The paper version is printed in 120 copies. The volumes of the journal are handed over to the reader in November each year.
