The right to be forgotten versus availability information relating to professional life of natural person in internet search engines

Abstract

Article deals with the issue of removing references to the professional life of a natural person from search engines results, what relates to the right to be forgotten and obligations of search engine operators resulting from this right. In the situation of removing information from the Internet there occurs the most noticeable conflict between the right to be forgotten and the social
right to unfettered access to information. The article aims to present criteria that may help consider which interest (individual or social) is to prevail
