The state and the justice

Abstract

The text describes some problems about relation between justice and the state. The main thesis are: the state is founded on basic injustice; contemporary democratic state annihilates possibility of establishing ground of acceptable injustice; the situation reduces moral subjectivity of persons, and transfers it to the political institutions. To avoid such consequence the state should by founded on some kind of social contract. Fundamental agreement of just condition should be established between individual persons, and persons and the state.
