Abstract

The text considers some questions of negative and positive conceptions of liberty, also known as freedom “from” and freedom “to”. What is the nature of relation between negative and positive conceptions of liberty, is the second dependent on the first or they are relatively independent each other? What consequences to moral integrity of persons would be probable from application conception of positive liberty to real society and state?
